Homesync Pipelines: Streamline Your Workflow
Homesync’s pipelines provide a powerful tool to effortlessly manage your workflows. Whether you’re tracking sales, overseeing software development, or managing a job workflow, pipelines offer the flexibility and organization you need to keep your tasks on track.
What is a Pipeline?
A pipeline represents a single workflow and can contain multiple stages, with each stage hosting several items.
What is a Pipeline Stage?
A pipeline stage is a specific point within a workflow. For example, in a sales pipeline, you might have stages such as ‘Leads’ and ‘Contacted’. You can add contacts to the ‘Leads’ stage, and when you’ve contacted them, drag them to the ‘Contacted’ stage. Each stage allows you to move items seamlessly from one point to another, maintaining a clear and organized workflow.
What is a Pipeline Item?
A pipeline item is an individual task within a workflow. Items can be moved between different stages of a pipeline, allowing you to track their progress. In a sales pipeline, an item might include a contact, helping you track which stage of the sales process a prospective client is in. Pipeline items can store a wide array of information, including:
